Fundnekretnine d.o.o. operates in accordance with EU Regulation 2020/1503 on European Crowdfunding Service Providers and authorisation is pending with the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (HANFA), reference HANFA-COFP/2025-014. This website does not constitute a public offering of securities.
3. Eligibility
The site is intended for persons of legal age (18+) residing in the European Economic Area who meet the eligibility criteria prescribed by EU Regulation 2020/1503.
4. Risk disclosure
Investing in real estate crowdfunding carries risk, including the possible loss of the entire invested amount, illiquidity risk, project delays or project cancellation. Returns stated in project documentation are projections, not guarantees.
5. No investment advice
